Watermelon Smoothie – For Flatter Belly

Watermelon is a terrific and low calorie fruit. Due to its water content it is natural hydrator. It is low in most vitamins and minerals but is good source of vitamin C and beta-carotene. It contains many nutrients such as lycopene ,amino acid called arginine and citrulline. Lycopene helps in cancer fighting. Research has proved that arginine decreases body fat and increases lean muscle. It helps to relax blood vessels and prevent erectile dysfunction. Citrulline boosts heart health, relaxes blood vessels, helps with weight loss and type 2 diabetes.

So, try watermelon smoothie for metabolism boosting.


Ingredients:

2 cups – Cubed watermelon
5 – Frozen strawberries
½ cup – Coconut water

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

    Avoid high calorie-low nurtition foods, like fast food because it doesn’t give you much nurtition value, so it doesn’t help your body, it just makes you full and gain weight. Instead, eat oatmeal often and fruits and vegetables. I bought a juicer and it has done me wonders.
