This Winter Keep Weight in Control

Winter brings lot of fun like stylish winter clothing, snow festivals and many more but at the same time it keeps you packed at home which might lead to gain of few extra pounds. Don’t get upset as winter has arrived but instead enjoy winter and try below tips to stay active and keep that extra pounds away.

1. Maintain Wake-up time:

Sleep plays good role for healthy well being and for weight loss as well. A good sound sleep is important to maintain body weight, but we should keep in mind that wake up time also adds a lot to weight. Research has proved that people who have less stable wake up time tend to put extra pounds. Waking up at same time helps to regulate circadian clock and keeps hormones steady.

2. Be Mindful:

Keep a watch on what you eat to work on total calories you intake everyday. Being mindful helps to reduce the intake of calories while hungry and it helps to maintain weight.

3. Take Pulses:

5. Arrangement of Plate:

Always remember to take less portion on your plate at start of meal because having a heavy start tends to make you eat more. So, be mindful while filing your plate.

6. Avoid TV:

People tend to eat more when they watch TV. Always remember to be away from TV while having meals.

7. Try Soup:
