Bitter Gourd for Weight Loss

Bitter gourd helps in lowering and maintaining blood sugar level. It prevents from absorbing extra sugar. Bitter gourd also helps in increasing the number of beta cells in pancreas which help in secreting insulin. High insulin level lowers blood sugar and eventually helps in weight loss.

Bitter gourd, Fruit and Vegges Mix:

Ingredients:

1 – Bitter gourd
2 – Sticks of celery
2-3 – Apples
1 – Cucumber
1 – Peeled lemon

Preparation:

1. Cut bitter gourd in half and scoop out all seeds.

2. Chop other vegges and fruits and blend them along with bitter gourd.

3. To reduce the bitter taste of juice, add more fruits.
