Bridge with Kegel – Sex Yoga Workout

Instead of exercising to get flat abs why not try sexier sex to get a perfect body. Yoga workout helps in self acceptance, strengthens body and helps in proper blood circulation. Few yoga moves strengthen muscles which helps in sexier sex.

Bridge with Kegel:

1. Lie on back with knees bent, feet on floor and heels as close to butt as possible.

2. Place arms on floor, palms down, fingertips pointing toward heels.

3. Exhale while pressing feet and arms into the floor, and push hips up towards the ceiling.

4. Contract the muscles which gets used to stop urinating. Hold it for 1 or 2 counts and then release. Repeat 10 times.

5. Slowly lower hips to the floor, then repeat.
