Healthy Eating Habits during Pregnancy


1. Don’t skip breakfast, try cereals with fruits

2. Eat vegetables and fruits like green peas, spinach, pears, bananas etc.

3. Take whole grains and beans

4. Try low fat or fat free yogurt with fruits

5. Take prenatal vitamin with iron and folic acid

6. Stay away from soft cheeses and lunch meats.

7. Avoid caffeine and avoid alcohol
