Breastfeeding toddler – for healthier future

Breastfeeding improves the immune system making child less prone to any type of diseases like allergies, cold and other infections. Research has shown that breastfed babies are less likely to be overweight or obese, and to develop type-2 diabetes. Omega-3 fatty acids or DHA in breast milk helps in brain boosting as well.

So, all together breastfeeding adds multiple advantage to toddlers health.

    Just found the bog today 3/4/11 thanks for great inooimatrfn. I’m on the older end of the spectrum, please don’t forget to address topics that deal with the pre-menopausal issues some of us find so challenging to figure out .. charting at 47 isn’t so easy !
