Altering sleep cycle can also effect the energy, so always ensure to follow regular sleep patterns to feel fresh and energetic throughout the day.
5. Checking phone in bed:
Light can disturb your sleep, so always ensure that you don’t use electronic items in between your sleep and keep them away during sleep.
