Overhead Squat – Tiny Home Exercise

As winter is approaching it’s tough to go out for exercise and jog. Womanlight brings a way to keep you fit without leaving home in this chill winter. One of the numerous ways are overhead squat.

Overhead squat helps in burning calories by challenging arms. It pumps up heart beat, helping in increasing the metabolism and burning fats

How to do:

1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width and toes turned out slightly.

2. Hold a rolled up towel with hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. and raise it overhead.

3. Squat down as far as possible and then go up.

    I do like the way you have presented this pacauriltr problem plus it does offer me a lot of fodder for consideration.
