1. Gym: She doesn’t have habit of going gym, instead she spends time on Pilates and free hand exercises.She does light weights depending upon which body part is being worked upon.
2. Yoga: She does yoga regularly in morning which helps her for fresh, young and healthy look.
3. Walk: She loves daily walk of half an hour after yoga session.
4. Dance: Dance is one of her favorites which helps in maintaining perfect figure.
5. Pilates and Stretching: Pilates is a great way to maintain flexibility without equipment.
