Bridge Pose Yoga to build Stamina

Yoga is a spiritual art which provides amazing benefits. Yoga boosts metabolism, reduces fat, makes fitter and stronger. Yoga also helps in reducing stress, increasing stamina and builds strength. There are few yoga poses which help in gaining strength and stamina and one of those poses is Bridge Pose.

Bridge Pose:

It tones pelvic muscles leading to strong and fit body. It helps in increasing stamina.

1. Lie down on the mat on your back
2. Keep knees bent
3. Gently life buttocks until both thighs are parallel to floor
4. It should form a bridge
5. Hold this position for about 30 seconds and repeat this pose

Try this pose and you will start loving it after seeing amazing results.
